Matt follows the “7 Baby Steps to Financial Freedom” that Dave Ramsey teaches. Insurance plays a large role in that process, from getting out of debt to planning for your future.
Matt is native to Germantown, MD and now lives with his wife and six children in Walkersville, MD. When not serving the business community, Matt has an active role in ministry at his church.

Arminda has been with the company since 2019 and is licensed in both Life & Health and Property & Casualty Insurance. As Operations Manager, she oversees the big picture parts of our business.

Arminda grew up in Frederick County and currently lives in Maugansville, MD. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading fantasy and sci-fi books, and spending time with her family.

Stephanie has been working in the Group Benefits Industry for more than 15 years. She is the main point of contact for our group clients and assists them with claims, enrollments, benefit renewals and open enrollment.

Stephanie has been working in the Group Benefits Industry for more than 15 years. She started with BMC Insurance in 2018 as the Account Manager for the Group Benefits division. Stephanie is the main point of contact for our group clients and assists them with claims, enrollments, benefit renewals and open enrollment.
A Germantown native, she now lives in Frederick, MD with her husband and two sons. She loves sports and in her free time she can be found at a baseball, football, or basketball game cheering on one of her two boys!

In her spare time, she enjoys live music, good food, and cheering for her favorite hockey team. Though native to the Frederick Area, she has settled in Harpers Ferry, WV with her husband and son.

She believes that good customer service is one of the best things a company can do to ensure they will have longevity.
Although she grew up in Frederick County, she has been living in West Virginia for over 15 years. She joined BMC Insurance in 2021 and is excited to continue providing our clients with a great experience.
In her spare time she enjoys movies, kayaking, taking long walks with her 3 dogs, traveling to new places, and trying out new recipes.

She is dedicated to providing exceptional service and views client satisfaction as her foremost priority. A proud native of the Philadelphia area, Karen has a strong passion for Philadelphia sports (GO BIRDS!). She currently resides in Walkersville with her husband and daughter. In her free time, Karen enjoys exploring the Frederick area and spending time in her garden, where she can often be found nurturing her love for plants.

She graduated from Rockville High School in 2003 and is looking to make an impact in every life she touches.
Melanie was born and raised here in Frederick County and in her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her children. She also loves hiking, running and being outdoors.

She resides in Sabillasville, MD, and in her spare time, enjoys making flower arrangements, cooking for her friends, watching her daughter compete in dance, supporting her son’s jiu-jitsu performances, and hunting with her boyfriend.
